Nickel heating cable with silicone cover - 1 m The 1 meter long heating cable has a power of 18 watts with a 7.5 Volt power supply. By removing 10 cm from the 1 meter cable, always feeding it at 7.5 volts, we obtain a power of 22 watts, the greater the cut the greater the watts expressed. In our test at an external temperature of 8 ° C the cable is inserted into a copper tube for conditioning (not for heating). Subsequently, placed in nests for Parakeets, a temperature of 18 ° C is obtained by feeding the 5 Volt cable. It is possible with this cable to dim the heat expressed by using the power supply volts of the power supply we delivered with the cable. The use is varied, we recommend externally "wrapping" the nest with the cable (see photo) in this way excellent results are obtained.
